SHIPPING POLICY

DorNee' uses USPS to ship orders. Customers will receive an email that will include a tracking number from USPS that allows customers the ability to track packages up to the delivery.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the DorNee' brand to process orders. Once shipped and confirmed by USPS, DorNee' is NOT responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen. Please contact USPS for resolution. We can not track packages, contact USPS to help locate packages or change shipping addresses for customers. 

Make absolute sure that the information you provide is correct and includes all information needed to ensure delivery of your order without interruption.

Any packages returned due to customer or USPS error that interrupts the delivery process will be charged $15 shipping fee in order to reship
