Soothe & Clear Balm

My grandson suffers from eczema. His neck was dry ,cracked , itching and bleeding. His prescribed medication stopped the itching but wasn't healing his cracked and bleeding skin. I just recently completed Radiation for my Breast Cancer which the Doctors gave me creams to use.
